Yesterday flowers were sent and they were incorrect. I was so livid that I wrote a review on here before giving the florist the opportunity to fix it. For that, I owe Fred a HUGE apology. My review was truthful, but I over-reacted. Fred called this morning as soon as he saw there was an issue and discussed it calmly and politely with me. His customer service skills are brilliant. He was kind and considerate of how I was feeling. He listened to me. And in all fairness, he had no clue that the wrong arrangement was created and sent to my recipient. Floralilly is an exceptional florist. He is handling the situation and is even sending out another arrangement. I over-reacted. I jumped to quickly. I apologize for the last review..it was unwarranted. Thank you, Fred. Y'all are true gentlemen.
