I had a great customer service experience with these folks. They delivered flowers to Duke Hospital. The hospital lost the flowers, and they never made it to the patient. After speaking with the florist, they offered to remake the flowers and deliver them again to ensure that my friend received them. This was very generous on their part, and I was very grateful. My friend loved her flowers.
